We’re building a new mountain bike trail in Hatsvali, Mestia — dedicated to Niko Phaliani, a person who devoted his energy to unlocking the tourism and sporting potential of Svaneti.
Niko believed in what Mestia could become. Today, that energy lives on through the volunteers, riders and mountain enthusiasts who are coming together to build something new in his name — and to open up another path for Mestia’s future.

It’s a community-built project, powered by people who believe that great trails can create opportunities, bring people together and give Mestia another reason to explore the mountains.
Once completed, the trail will be free to ride for everyone.
