Memberships

• Membership is a recurring donation — the trail is free for everyone
• You can cancel your membership at any time
• Perks are provided by the companies supporting the trail and subject to their terms

Trail access

The Nick Phaliani MTB Trail is open to everyone, free of charge. Membership and donations support the trail but do not grant exclusive access. All riders use the trail at their own risk.

Limitation of liability

We provide this website and trail facilities "as is" without warranty. Mountain biking involves inherent risks. We are not liable for injuries sustained while using the trail.
